How do I return an item?
You have 30 calendar days to return your item as long as it meets our return conditions.
To start a return, log in to your account and go to the Returns section. There, you’ll find a link to our return platform. Here’s how it works:
Go to the platform and enter your delivery address postal code and the original tracking number. You’ll find that number in the Orders section of your account.
Select the reason for your return.
Pay for the return label and download it. Some carriers may offer a QR code you can show at the drop-off point.
Pack your items carefully to make sure they arrive safely.
Include the original packing slip inside the box and circle the items you’re returning.
Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the designated location.
As soon as we receive your return and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your refund within five business days.
What are the return conditions?
Returned items must be new, unused, with all tags still attached. If the product came in specific packaging (like a branded box), that should be included too.
Please also include the original packing slip and circle the items you’re sending back.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to send your item back.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You’ll be asked to pay for the return label during the return process.
You can avoid return shipping costs by dropping off the item you want to return directly at our shop.
If you’re returning something because of a mistake on our end (like the wrong item), don’t use the return platform. Instead, contact us directly here and we’ll take care of it.
How do I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, you can return the original product through our return platform and place a new order at your convenience.
Once we receive your return and confirm that everything’s in order, we’ll issue your refund within five business days and notify you by email.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re really sorry if something arrived damaged. Please email us as soon as possible so we can make things right.
Make sure to include a few clear photos of the item and the packaging. They’re essential for us to assess the issue and help you quickly.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and we’ve checked that it meets the return conditions, your refund will be issued within five business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Can I return an item I used once?
No. Items must be in new condition to be eligible for return. This means they can’t have been worn or washed, even briefly.
Products with hygiene seals must remain sealed and unopened.
Do I need to keep the original packaging?
To make sure your return arrives safely, we recommend reusing the original shipping box if it’s in good condition.
Please avoid using homemade packaging or shoe boxes on their own.
Shoes and helmets must be returned inside a proper shipping box, not just in their product packaging.
